£7.97 - £8.55 per hour. A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £8.45 per hour, the maximum rate of pay is £8.55 per hour.

The Catering and Facilities Management Service are seeking to employ a Part-Time Mobile Caretaker to join our existing team. You will be required to undertake the full range of janitorial and cleaning tasks across the Ashfield and Hucknall areas, County Council buildings and Educational establishments.

You must be self-motivated and willing to work a split shift covering sites between the hours of 6am & 6pm. These times may vary slightly due to the requirements of the service and additional hours will be made available when covering fulltime posts.

The role is very demanding and the you will be required to deliver and promote the services whilst delivering quality cover for staff absences due to sickness or annual leave etc. It is essential that you have a full driving licence as a van may be available for daily use to meet the ongoing needs of the business. A suitable base will be established upon appointment.
