An opportunity has arisen for a team manager to join a busy community mental health team. You must be committed, enthusiastic, and be able to lead a team through continuous change. You must have good communication and leadership skills, be able to be creative and innovative with limited budgets and growing demand.  It is important to be able to promote individuals independence and have a good awareness of mental health provision for younger adults and work in partnership with health, housing and other partner agencies.
