Supply Staff

We are a well-established Pre-school Playgroup and Out of School Club looking for a motivated and enthusiastic support member of staff to cover staff absence and holidays. The duties will include assisting in the day to day running of the setting and providing high-quality childcare.

The successful candidate must be available, at short notice, to work any session.

• Pre-School Playgroup sessions – morning session 9.00am – 12.00pm, afternoon session 12.00pm – 3.00pm. There may also be hours required for setting up/packing away before and after sessions
• Out of School Club sessions – breakfast 7.30am – 8.50am, after school 3.00pm – 6.00pm. There may also be the opportunity to work hours in the Holiday Club (7.30am – 6.00pm).

A Level 2 Certificate for the children and young people’s workforce (or equivalent) is desirable. Previous experience within a childcare setting is desirable.

The successful candidate will be reliable, confident, enthusiastic and friendly, with a genuine passion for childcare. A knowledge of, and commitment to, equal opportunities is essential. Use of the English Language must be fluent and appropriate for working with children.
