Community Partnership Officer
This post is based within the Council’s Quality and Market Management team. We are a dynamic team committed to developing and sustaining the social care market in Nottinghamshire, in partnership with a range of independent sector providers as well as service users, carers and social work staff.
You will be responsible for monitoring provider activity and performance in line with service specifications and contracts and supporting the delivery of good quality homecare services in Nottinghamshire. You will be able to manage, analyse, and respond to a range of information about service quality, volume and performance. Working in a busy, challenging environment, you will need to be self-motivated with a flexible approach and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for someone that shares our enthusiasm and commitment; a proactive problem solver able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will have excellent communication skills together with an understanding of the challenges faced by social care providers, particularly in the homecare sector.
