Can you inspire and motivate young people?
We are looking to appoint a team of youth mentors from a diverse range of backgrounds who share our passion for supporting young people to achieve their individual goals.
You will have the ability to empathise and connect effectively with young people who need support and advice, to boost their self-belief and to develop structure and resilience. You will work flexibly, mainly at evenings and weekends to meet the needs of young people. You will be confident working with young people on a 1-2-1 basis to provide regular support and guidance in a variety of environments.
