Great opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic existing Office Manager or Senior Administrator to join the Mansfield Primary Academy and support the Executive Headteacher and Head of School as it enters an exciting new phase of its journey to outstanding.

About the Role

We require a proficient Office Manager to support the Head of School and manage the office to provide effective support for the academy in this varied role; including administration, reception, finance and PA activity. You will also have responsibility for aspects of HR, pupil administration, process, policy and financial/accountancy issues in order to provide a fully functional administrative service as well as line management responsibility for office team.

About You

To be successful, you will be confident, able to ‘think on your feet’ and have experience of providing a professional administration service. You should possess excellent communication, customer service and numeracy skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively within a team and on your own initiative. You should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and remain calm under pressure. Experience and knowledge of working within a school environment and with a School Information Management System would be advantageous.
