Permanent full time class teacher required from September 2024 (Main scale, including ECTs):

•    Have knowledge around key National Curriculum requirements for the primary setting;
•    Have high expectations of children’s achievements and behaviour;
•    Be able to support children with behavioural and attachment and trauma needs;
•    Have a strong awareness that challenging behaviours are an indication of needs that require meeting;
•    Have an awareness of the Teacher Standards and be honest about their strengths, but also the areas in which they need to work on to develop and grow as an excellent teacher;
•    Be supportive and enthusiastic about working in a school that is committed to school improvement.
