We are looking for three exceptional Grade 2 teaching assistants to join our amazing team at Lady Bay Primary School from autumn 2021. These posts have arisen due to one retirement and an increased SEN need within early years.

The Autumn term starts on 31st August 2021, when we have an admin day.

We are looking for:
•    three excellent teaching assistants who share our child-centred approach 
•    the two temporary post holders need to be willing to do intimate care
•    one of the temporary roles will be working 1:1 with a named child
•    team players, with a sense of humour bringing their personality to the role 
•    individuals who share our school values and will be able to role model them with the children
•    individuals who have very high expectations of themselves and others, leading by example 
The posts requires you to support children in accordance with the professional duties of a grade 2 teaching assistant.
