You will perform a variety clerical tasks including confidential typing, managing diaries, preparing draft agendas, taking notes to support effective management and decision making

You will also welcome visitors to the school and act as their first point of contact. You will also ensure safeguarding and fire safety checks are complete upon arrival. You will also answer telephone and email enquiries, ensuring the highest standards of customer service

You will have experience of maintaining electronic and manual records, cash collection duties including the recording of all monies received and updating the school website and other systems to ensure highly effective communication
