Development Surveyor
The Property Team of Nottinghamshire County Council is looking to appoint an experienced Development Surveyor, ideally also with general property management experience, to deliver a range of exciting and prestigious property development projects across the County. You will be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and educated to degree level within a relevant discipline and able to demonstrate several years’ post-qualification experience in the delivery of complex commercial and residential development schemes.
The role will involve working under your own initiative to a very high professional standard on a number of challenging but rewarding schemes from inception through to legal completion. You will be experienced in negotiating complex sales and development contracts with selected development partners and be fully conversant with commercial development agreements and town planning.
