Family Support Worker
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our multi-disciplinary teams delivering early help and preventative services to families with children under 5 years.
Children’s Centres Services are committed to delivering a targeted and effective service to families in need, working to specific outcomes for families. We are a dynamic and developing service.
You will work with families with preschool children at risk of poor outcomes to ensure they receive appropriate early help services within the home and community.
You will deliver a range of evidence-based parenting programmes and family support services within the Children’s Centre Service to improve social, educational, and emotional health and wellbeing outcomes of children and families
You will work under the guidance of the Child and Family Support Lead and the Children's Centre Co-ordinator.
