We have an exciting opportunity for a Support officer within the Shared Lives service. Shared lives offer support to vulnerable adults in a shared lives carers own home. The service offers bespoke care to individuals that is truly person centred and strength based, and We are looking for an enthusiastic support officer with a positive attitude.

We are looking for someone with a wide range of experiences to provide bespoke support to a busy team. This work is often challenging but rewarding.  As an experienced support officer, you will require a broad range of skills including excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft packages including word, excel, outlook, SharePoint & Teams.  You will have the ability to be organised and able to work on your own initiative.  You will possess good problem-solving skills, numeracy skills and will demonstrate a flexible and professional attitude with the full appreciation of the need for confidentiality and in line with GDPR. Excellent customer service skills, target setting and quality assurance of outputs as well as overseeing budgets and administrative processes. Positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential. 

You will be able to prioritise a busy and varied workload, working quickly and accurately to strict deadlines.  Duties will include data input and manipulation, arranging meetings, events and organising invites and minuting meetings. You will need to facilitate and attend team meetings, arrange, and input/create documentation for financial records, and the quality care commission. Provide accurate information to the scheme manager and team members.
