The Aspergers Team supports adults to maintain their independence and achieve their aspirations by working with individual service users, their carers and other professionals. The team are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated, qualified and/or experienced Social Workers who wants to contribute to the work of the team and make a real difference to the lives of adults with Aspergers.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to excel in a challenging yet highly rewarding area of work. You will need professional experience of working with service users and carers; you will have knowledge of the matters enshrined in The Care Act 2014; and have experience of working with complex issues. The post holder will also demonstrate that they can work flexibly; have effective communication and IT skills.

In return for your commitment, you will be provided with a supportive team environment and opportunity to develop your practice. You will also receive regular supervision, and be supported to attend training to progress your career.
