We wish to appoint an additional Midday Supervisor to work from 11.55am to 1.00pm, term time only – starting as soon as possible after appointment.
Applications will be considered for working 5 days a week or for part of the week. The role of the Midday Supervisor is to liaise with the Senior Midday Supervisors, work as a member of a team to ensure that all of the children are supervised in the dining areas and all areas of the school grounds, distribute food to the children, promote a good standard of behaviour, supervise the children when playing outside, or in the classrooms/hall on wet days, encourage children to play appropriate games, and attend to any injuries/accidents.
The Midday Supervisor should act as a responsible caring adult with health, safety and welfare of the children always in mind; show conduct which commands respect; and see that the children behave at all times sensibly and quietly. Experience is desirable, but not essential.
