Fixed-Term Business Support Administrator
There are currently 2.60 FTE level 3 Business Support Administrators working across Ashfield and Mansfield Day Services. The post holder provides cross cover for both units and therefore flexibility is paramount.
Both Day Services are extremely busy. Ashfield Day Services has 300 service users on roll, with approximately 120 attending on a daily basis. Mansfield Day Services currently has 173 services users with approximately 110 attending daily. The post holder has face to face contact with vulnerable service users, including people with learning difficulties, dementia and older persons.
Business Support within the Day Services tasks include admissions and discharges, registers of service users attendance, dealing with telephone calls and enquiries in respect of transport, providing a reception service, maintaining computer systems. Financial tasks include social petty cash and banking.
