Would you like to work as part of a close-knit team in a forward-thinking primary school with the children at the heart? Would you like to support a child with additional needs in Year 1 to build the foundations for life-long learning and reach their full potential? 


We are looking for someone who:

  • Loves working with children and is passionate about providing hands on quality learning experiences for them.
  • Has experience or an understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & an ethos of play.
  • Has good positive behaviour management skills.
  • Has a ‘can do’ positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
  • Can support the class teacher and is flexible in approach.
  • Has experience or an understanding of outdoor learning 
  • Has experience of working with children with additional needs
  • Is patient and understanding
  • Is able to deal with confidential information and liaise with professionals.
  • Qualifications are not necessary if you have the skills required. We are looking for the right person for the job.
