Clayfields House are looking for an experienced team manager and leader who will be responsible for managing and leading one of our house units and a complement of staff in the region of 22.
The role involves working a rota covering a 24/7 secure residential service and you will be the duty manager coordinating the centre on a day to day basis.
You must have experience in residential care, secure or custodial setting alongside experience managing challenging and complex behaviour.
The role of the Unit leader is fast paced, requiring a person who is a competent multi tasker and a confident decision maker who is able to support and lead colleagues in this challenging environment.
