You would be using your knowledge, skills and experience to advise and support effective strategies/ interventions aimed at improving outcomes for children and young people with specific difficulties.
You would be working at a variety of levels, using positive and inclusive approaches to provide support and advice to school staff, liaising with parents and at times, engaging in direct teaching where appropriate.
