Quality and Contract Monitoring Senior Officer is required, preferably with experience in a Health or Social Care setting.

This is Initially a full time one-year contract working closely with the Partnership Manager and part of the Management Team providing: contract oversight; development of service targets and objectives; cost efficiencies; helping to influence change; completing quality checks and managing day to day service demands.

You must be experienced in the use of management information, including interrogating statistical data, working with spreadsheets and writing complex reports.

The post holder will be involved in the overall management of the ICELS Partnership Support team and help to plan for future changes. You will need to be able to work under your own initiative as well as being part of a wider team, sharing knowledge, working practices and experience.

You must be self-motivated, highly organised, with excellent communication skills, able to work in co-production with partners and driving performance. Also confident with dealing with challenging situations and negotiating positive outcomes. May need to work flexibly at multiple locations across the Partnership potentially supporting clients, prescribers and the service providers.
