HR Manager
Working with a small group of schools, the HR Manager will be responsible for managing casework and giving advice on all HR issues to ensure a consistent and sensitive application of HR across the Trust.
This is a broad and hands-on role, providing excellent opportunities to develop HR skills and get involved with all aspects of HR work. The role will require someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise a demanding workload, have attention to detail, is flexible in their approach to work, is resilient and has excellent communication skills. It will involve working closely with the wider central team and individual school leaders.
Practical experience of managing a range of HR casework is essential. The postholder must be able to travel to our schools within the East Midlands area.
In return, you will receive 27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and will have access to the Local Government Pension Scheme. Holiday entitlement rises to 32 days and 34 days after 5 and 10 years of service respectively.
Due to the current Coronavirus restrictions, all of the HR Team are currently working from home. We’ll still make sure that you get a full induction at our Head Office, but for the foreseeable future you will need to be prepared to split working between home and the office, on a rota basis.
