Finance Team Leader
MITRE is a growing Multi Academy Trust with its Head Office (and this role) based in Eakring. The Trust has 7 schools at present with further plans for growth.
An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Team Leader to support the Trust Accountant in managing a small, close knit team of finance staff at the Trust. In this role you will be supporting the Trust Accountant in leading the team to help shape and deliver efficient and effective day to day finance services to our family of schools (both on and off site) across the Trust. The role is extremely varied covering all aspects of finance and will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to really “add value”. You will also support individual academies with budget setting and financial reporting.
