Customer Support Officer
Could you be part of a dynamic team of Customer Service professionals? We are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Officer to join the Customer Support Team at Nottinghamshire County Councils Customer Service Centre. The Customer Support Team provide day to day administrative support and fulfilment to the whole of the Customer Service Centre and are responsible for ensuring work is completed in an efficient and timely manner. We are looking for a committed team member, with excellent organisational skills to join this busy customer service environment.
Along with day to day support to the county councils customer service centre, our customer support team deliver a variety of key council services, including Blue Badge administration and the councils Handy Persons adaptation scheme (HPAS). The post has some set shifts on rotation, however also benefits from the county Councils flexible working programme. Currently the post is home working, with the requirement to work one day per week in the office at Annesley.
You will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding and relevant prior experience of:-
- Providing high quality customer and business support in a challenging and busy environment.
- Providing information to the public or customers using excellent written skill and using other channels of communication.
- Proven experience of working well within a team.
