Walesby C of E Primary School is looking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Office Manager, with energy and vision, to join our friendly and committed team. We are a happy and popular Church of England village school, with a supportive community and governing body. 

You will need to be an approachable person who demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You will be able to work as a member of the team and also under your own initiative.

You will have proven administrative experience (preferably in a school setting), excellent organisational skills and be highly competent in the use of Word, Excel, SIMS, FMS, BMS and navigation of the LA sites. To manage the varied workload you will need to have excellent time management skills and be capable of prioritising your workload to respond to deadlines.  

Ideally you will be energetic, enthusiastic and have a good sense of humour.

You will have an awareness of the issues surrounding children’s safeguarding and a working knowledge of GDPR. You will be expected to manage and maintain the school Single Central Record spreadsheet in line with current legislation.
