Renumeration for newly qualified Occupational Therapist start at Band A, between £30,151 - £34,723

Renumeration for experienced Occupational Therapist with between 2-3yrs post qualifying operational experience is Band B, £34,723 - £39,493  

We require a dynamic, skilled, and highly motivated qualified Occupational Therapist to join Gedling Ageing Well Adult Social Care Team. You will work as part of an established district team mainly working with people over the age of 65 planning future needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ever-changing community team to transform current services.

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate:

Ability to adapt a strength-based approach

Great communication skills – both written and verbal

Able to work as part of a team

Able to use a range of information technology applications

Hold the necessary Occupational Therapy qualification.  

You’ll be working on a 37 hours per week contract and we operate a flexible working time scheme as well as a job share scheme for all full-time posts.  The team has adapted hybrid working, where you will be partly office and partly home based.
