Do you have a passion for supporting the workforce development of practitioners across the early years sector? This exciting professional development opportunity will provide the chance for you to share your passion to inspire others. 

Early Childhood Services is a multi-disciplinary team working across the early years sector with Private, Voluntary and Independent Settings, Childminders and Schools to raise the quality of provision and attainment of children aged 0-5, ensure there are sufficient childcare places and provide information, advice and training to childcare providers. 

You will be:

  • supporting the development and administration of a high-quality programme of training and development for all early years providers.
  • working collaboratively with early years  providers to support them to improve the quality of their provision through a range of training and support packages.
  • finding creative ways to promote the training opportunities to increase take up.
  • monitoring the impact of the training and support packages on practice and provision in settings.

A willingness to travel across the county is required.
