Early Childhood Services is a multi-disciplinary team working across the early years sector with Private, Voluntary and Independent Settings, Childminders and Schools to raise the quality of provision and attainment of children aged 0-5, ensure there are sufficient childcare places and provide information, advice and training to childcare providers.
You will be:
- supporting the development and administration of a high-quality programme of training and development for all early years providers.
- working collaboratively with early years providers to support them to improve the quality of their provision through a range of training and support packages.
- finding creative ways to promote the training opportunities to increase take up.
- monitoring the impact of the training and support packages on practice and provision in settings.
A willingness to travel across the county is required.
