Grade 3 Salary - £13,668 - £14,917 actual pay. Full time equivalent - £16,231 - £17,714

The governors of our large primary school are looking to recruit 2 experienced, skilled and effective administrators to join our busy admin team.The posts are for 37 hours Term time Only. The ideal candidates will be computer literate and experience of working in a busy school office is desirable.

Candidates should have:-

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both adults and children.
  • Knowledge of software packages such as Sims.net and FMS is desirable, in addition the successful applicant must have excellent ICT skills.
  • The ability to use their initiative and to manage their time well.
  • Recent school office experience.
  • The ability to work as a team member.
  • Good literary and numeracy skills.
  • An attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with a ‘Can do’ attitude but the ability to take direction where needed.
  • A sense of humour and armour plating!
  • An awareness of the need for confidentiality and safeguarding of children is essential.
