The leadership team of our school are seeking to appoint a Keyworker to work in our wonderful Foundation Unit (Early Years). The role is to cover the maternity leave of an existing staff member from 15th December 2025 to the end of the 2025-2026 academic year. Specifically, this person will work in Foundation 1 (Nursery) under the direction of the Foundation Leader.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Work as part of the Foundation team to provide a high quality learning environment and learning experiences on a daily basis.- Be a direct contact for a named group of children, supporting their needs and communicating effectively with parents and the staff team.
The successful candidate must have an approved ‘full and relevant’ Early Years qualification at Level 3.
