Accordingly, our Academy is at an exciting point in its development and the inclusion faculty is now positioned in the heart of the academy, providing a refurbished base which is already having a positive impact on the students who access this provision. Moreover, as a new commitment to furthering SEND provision, we have strengthened our team so we have nine colleagues working with our students in and out of the classroom.
The successful candidates will support the learning and achievements of individuals and groups of students within the classroom and through specific interventions. You need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and have a good standard of literacy, ICT and numeracy in order to carry out associated administrative duties.
