Nottinghamshire County Council is enhancing its all-age social work practices within the Ashfield Social Work Community Team. We are looking for dynamic and passionate Social Workers who possess the relevant knowledge and skills to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a range of outcomes to meet diverse needs.
  • Explore reablement and enablement opportunities.
  • Access appropriate services to support individuals.
  • Use strength-based approaches to promote choice, control, personalisation, and self-directed support.
  • Manage a mixed caseload effectively within a fast-paced, friendly team environment.
