As a Training and Development Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying Learning Needs: Assess the training needs of new and existing staff to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Delivering Engaging Training: Design and facilitate high-quality training sessions that inspire and motivate.

  • Promoting Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of ongoing development within the Customer Service Centre.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Knowledge of workforce development principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Nottinghamshire County Council's policies and procedures.
  • Strong ICT literacy to manage training resources effectively.
