Are you an enthusiastic individual looking to make a difference? We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our friendly team from 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. As a Business Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reception Duties: Welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with clerical tasks and maintaining records.
  • Data Management: Handling confidential information in line with GDPR.
  • Financial Processes: Supporting financial tasks such as processing orders and reconciling accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong grammar and literacy skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
