We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our business support processes run smoothly. You will manage information related to finance, staffing, and customers while providing excellent customer care. As a Business Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Information Management: Create, manage, and manipulate data related to finance and staffing.
  • Financial Support: Process orders and assist with financial tasks.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, send invites, and take notes.
  • Data Handling: Compile statistics and provide management information.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with staff and customers to ensure their needs are met.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Experience in providing business support in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage and manipulate data accurately.
