We are recruiting an Early Years Practitioner to join our Bassetlaw Family Hub team (1 x 22.5 hours in the Worksop Family Hub team) to deliver a range of evidence-based interventions with children to ensure they are ready for learning, achieve their expected levels of development and achieve positive health and wellbeing outcomes.
The role will support families with preschool children at risk of poor outcomes receive appropriate early help services within the home and community, whilst working with parents as first educators to strengthen the home learning environment.
