Deputy Head Teacher

As Deputy Head Teacher, you will work in partnership with the Head Teacher and the central team to ensure your school flourishes as a unique, exceptional, and sustainable school that inspires the community and empowers every child. The Role:

• Support the Head Teacher to deliver an ambitious vision for every child
  
• Act in the absence of the Head Teacher
  
• Work alongside the Head Teacher and wider partnership to grow and develop as a leader equipped to progress onto Headship
  
• Contribute to the strategic direction and development of the school
  
• Lead and manage staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
  
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
