As an EHCP Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people with SEND. You will manage the statutory processes for Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs), ensuring timely development and review. Collaborating with families, educational settings, and multi-agency professionals, you will tailor support to meet individual needs and statutory requirements.
