Are you ready to lead and inspire? As a Senior Professional Practitioner in our Governing Body Services, you will provide professional leadership and guidance to school and academy governing bodies. Your expertise will empower them to fulfil their strategic roles and statutory functions effectively. Join our passionate team and help shape the future of education in our community!

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Coordinate and lead professional advice to governing bodies.
  • Support the service leadership team in delivering strategic direction and operational effectiveness.
  • Advise headteachers and governors on complex issues and complaints.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly through presentations and reports.
  • Problem-solve and mediate challenging situations with confidence.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities of governing bodies.
  • Experience in interpreting regulations and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage complex casework and provide effective solutions.
  • A relevant qualification in social care, education, or a related field.
