Class Teacher

Christ Church CofE Primary School is a rapidly growing primary school located in the heart of the community. Since recently moving to our brand-new school building on the Middlebeck development, we have grown from less than 50 pupils to over 200 pupils – and are destined to steadily keep growing as the Middlebeck community continues to be built over the next decade or so. We will eventually become a 2.5 form entry school with almost 600 pupils, including our own on-site nursery.

The school has a strong Christian ethos, with close links with the local church and with the Diocese of Nottingham and Southwell. We live by our school vision statement of ‘Together, We Flourish’ and our 6 school values to ensure that everyone is working together and that we are all committed to providing a high-quality education for all children. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate for our position of Class Teacher to join our dedicated team at Christ Church CofE Primary School.

We are looking for somebody who is: 

• A motivated teacher with a drive to deliver high-quality teaching and learning. 
  
• A keen team-player who shares our whole-school vision and values. 
  
• A person who demonstrated resilience, determination and a good sense of humour. 
  
• A caring, kind and understands the pastoral role that schools have in caring for children and the community. 
  
• A person with a good subject knowledge across all areas of the curriculum with and a good level of ICT.
