Deputy Lead for Onsite Alternative Provision

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Lead for our onsite Alternative Provision (AP), to join our team. 
You will ensure the highest possible quality curriculum, teaching and learning, support, achievement and progress of students at our on-site AP centre.  To support in leading, developing, challenging and inspiring the staff team and liaising with appropriate academy staff (including subject team leaders) to plan the most appropriate ambitious pathways for all students.

This will include promoting high quality support for students, high quality teaching and interventions, effective use of resources, and high standards of learning and achievement for all students in the broadest sense to ensure they are well prepared to enjoy 70 or more fantastic years after they leave us.

The Samworth Church Academy opened in September 2008 and enjoys 21st Century facilities, highly motivated and professionally developed staffing which allows us to focus on our fantastic students with a mission to 'be the best we can be'.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an enthusiastic and committed team in our academy. 

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience, hold GCSE English and Math's to Grade C (4) or above and be educated to A Level Standard.
