The Children and Families Department takes a strengths-based approach to working with each other, children, young people and families, and our partner agencies. We call this 'Our Nottinghamshire Approach'.  Watch the two minute animation to learn more.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Family Hubs as a strategic lead for Co-production and Volunteering across the county.

Responsibilities:

  • To strategically lead on co-production and participation ensuring the voices of families, children and young people are heard and are used to shape Family Hub Network Services and the Virtual Family Hub.
  • To play a key role in volunteer and peer support recruitment, training and retention across the Family Hub Networks.
