We are looking for someone who:

  • Is prepared to go the extra mile with a smile on their face
  • Has experience of working in an early years setting (ages 2-3 years)
  • Has a full and relevant level three qualification in early years
  • Has a paediatric first aid qualification
  • Has exceptional communications skills
  • Is professional, enthusiastic, friendly and unflappable
  • Is self-motivated, driven and is committed to providing the highest level of service 
  • Is organised, flexible and has a professional approach to work
  • Has the ability to be proactive team player with all staff, students, parents and visitors
