We require a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our Business Support Team providing support to a team within the Piazza based at Annesley. The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) deals with safeguarding concerns, assessing risk and sharing information when people report abuse or neglect.

You will need to:

  • Be numerate and literate.
  • Have an ability to work to deadlines with accuracy.
  • Have significant experience of operating database systems.
  • These will include knowledge of a range of Microsoft products and other IT systems.
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Be able to work unsupervised.
  • Have excellent organisational skills.
  • Have a full appreciation of the need for confidentiality.
  • Have excellent customer service and effective telephone skills; and the ability to deal with people sensitively and professionally.
  • You will need to be adaptable, to work well under pressure both individually and as part of a team and to work to tight timescales.
