Temporary Team Leader (3 posts)
Exciting opportunities have arisen until March 2020 for Temporary Team Leaders within both the older and younger adults reviewing teams.
The roles will include supporting the Team Manager with the day to day operations and supervision of the reviewing teams. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting with difficult cases, planning and prioritising the work of the team to meet the changing demands of the service.
The successful candidates should be highly motivated, have good communication skills and demonstrate good leadership skills. Have experience of working with complex issues and be committed to supporting staff through a time of significant change and pressure.
