Inspire Learning is keen to recruit an enthusiastic and innovative individual to manage a team of tutors within its Study Programme provision.

The programme provides opportunities for disadvantaged young people to engage in positive activities that encourage employability and personal and social development. All learners are also required to undertake courses in Maths and English, unless they have already achieved a C or 4 in GCSE. You will need to have the ability to develop constructive professional working relationships, and be able to motivate and inspire a team of tutors to meet ever more challenging targets within a government funded provision. The geographic area will be allocated according to appointment and a reorganisation of current lead tutor responsibilities. It will involve travel to some of our bases across the county.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, overseeing the delivery of accredited qualifications to young people aged 16 to 24, some of whom may have learning difficulties, disabilities or behavioural issues. The role will involve some teaching responsibilities.

You will need to be qualified to at least grade A-C in GCSE (or equivalent) in maths and English. You will also need to have teaching experience, and hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards.
