Service Manager
We are looking to recruit a Children’s Service Manager who will work alongside the current Service Manager responsible for the Looked after and Leaving Care Service due to the increase in the number of Looked After Children. We need someone who is passionate about outcomes for our looked after children and care leavers.
You will be responsible for several teams within these Service areas and will need to ensure the effective delivery of services to the most vulnerable children within Nottinghamshire.
You will need to have a good understanding of these service areas, excellent written and communication skills, have experience of managing people and any performance issues, work effectively with partner agencies, be able to lead teams through periods of change and make any necessary service improvements to improve outcomes for children. You will need to manage a budget and be able to analyse data to identify any issues that need to be addressed.
