Relief Meals Service Operative - Meals on Wheels Driver
These posts will be based at Rainworth and will be required to work as part of a team responsible for the County wide delivery service covering for staff holidays. You will be part of a team of over 20 staff who each undertake to learn a variety of routes and work on a weekend rota. The Meals Service Operatives collect meals from base and deliver the service within the community as requested by the residents of the County. An important part of this work is a “Safe and Well” check.
You will be required to be a good team player with the ability to work as a “Lone Worker” with a sensitive approach to the individual needs of our customers. You will need to possess an endorsement free driving licence and be able to demonstrate good observational skills
A food hygiene certificate and an extensive knowledge of geographical Nottinghamshire are both desirable attributes.
