The successful candidate will be required to work all year round on a split shift Monday - Friday between the hours of 6am – 10.30am and 2.30pm – 6pm, hours would need to be flexible at times to cover meetings etc. All annual leave to be taken in school holiday periods.

This is a split shift position , which includes cleaning of the building, along with compliance checks, & routine maintenance of the school. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and who can work well with contractors and other visitors to the school. You must have the ability to meet deadlines, work in a busy environment calmly and to have a positive outlook. You should have a keen eye for detail, be able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of DIY/handy person and janitorial skills, have a working knowledge of Health and Safety issues and be able to keep up to date with any required paperwork. We are looking for someone who is well organised, can work independently closely with the Office Manager and is able to use their initiative. You will also be the main key holder with responsibility for the security of the site & lettings of which additional payments will be made.
