Group Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Manager to lead our Looked After Children, Leaving Care and Fostering service areas. You will have experience of improving performance across complex, multi-faceted, multi-sited staffing groups and maintaining a working environment where employees can flourish.
You will be an inspirational leader who can manage and develop our confident and well-established teams in the delivery of high-quality care and service that puts children first.
You will have an approachable personality and most importantly have a passion for working with children and young people, complemented by the ability to identify opportunities for these service areas and lead their development and implementation.
You must have a Social Work qualification and be Social Work England registered, a full driving licence is also required.
