£16,781 - £18,070 p.a (pro rata for part time) A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £8.75 per hour, the maximum rate of pay is £9.37 per hour.

An opportunity to join our existing dynamic team within Clayfields House

Clayfields House provides secure care for young people aged 10 – 17 who are either remanded, serving a sentence or accommodated for welfare reasons. We require people who are committed to providing consistent care, are able to work within clear boundaries and can further the wellbeing and development of our young people.

DO YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF THIS SERVICE?  

You will receive weekend, unsociable hours and bank holiday enhancements.

You will be required to participate in the bedtime routine of young people, monitor the welfare of young people overnight, operate security systems and perform some domestic tasks.

You will be part of a rota covering every night of the year between 10.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m. You will also be required to supervise a small team of Night Care Assistants.

Applicants must be at least 22 years of age.
