£16,781 - £18,070 p.a (pro rata for part time) A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £8.75 per hour, the maximum rate of pay is £9.37 per hour.

We are currently recruiting to this exciting service and are seeking staff who work well as part of a team and independently to provide short term support to people leaving hospital and living in their own homes. We require flexible staff who are good communicators to complete and review support plans to assist older people while they increase their confidence and independence in all aspects of personal care and daily living tasks. You will be required to participate in an on call system and redeploying staff to cover sickness using an electronic scheduling system .The service is provided 365 days of the year from 7am to 10pm and will operate on a 4 days on / 4 days off rolling shift pattern, so will include regular weekend, bank holiday and split shift working. 

We have one vacancy in the Newark and Bassetlaw Locality for a 30 hour contract. 

Applicants require a full driving licence and access to a car for which allowances will be paid.
