£16,781 - £18,070 per annum: A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £8.75 per hour, the maximum rate of pay is £9.37 per hour.

Catering and Facility’s Management Services in conjunction with the Governing Body of Leamington Primary Academy are seeking to employ a full time Site Manager to join our existing team with immediate effect.

You will be required to clean and maintain the fabric of the School to a high standard and offer a dedicated range of Site Management, cleaning and janitorial services for the betterment of the children, parents and staff at the School.

Leamington Primary Academy is situated in the heart of Sutton in Ashfield and caters for the educational needs of approximately 400 children aged between 3 & 11 years old. The Role of Site Manager is very demanding and you will be expected to deliver the full range of Site Management, maintenance, janitorial and cleaning duties as laid down by site and Catering & Facility’s Management Team.

You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to demonstrate a practicable knowledge of DIY and work based Health and Safety for yourself and others in a workplace environment.

The role requires working a split shift operation between the hours of 6am – 9.24am & 2.30pm – 6.30pm Monday – Friday. You will be required to act as the main key holder for the school and attend alarm activations as required, for which additional payments will be made, as well as having responsibility for securing the site daily.
